We have sailed half way around the world to find this beautiful quiet place in the heart of the Bay of Islands. We would be happy to share this with you for a while.

Okiato Point is a secluded peninsula, once the site of NZ's first capital. Only 8 km to Russell, once known as the hell hole of the Pacific, now home to an international comunity. Historic buildings, art galleries, an interesting Museum, a variety of good Restaurants and shops.

From our Balcony Room you have breathtaking views to the Bay right from your Super-King-size -bed. Tea & cofee-making facilities, Fridge, TV, DVD, wifi, ensuite and private entrance.

The spacious Studio-room has a mini-kitchen, TV, DVD, wifi, Super-king-size-bed, ensuite, own porch and a beautiful garden with seaviews, private entrance. Around the Breakfast-table, either in our Dining room or on our deck you will meet other travellers and enjoy a delicious Breakfast with homemade bread, jams, cold cuts , fresh fruits and cooked eggs to your liking.

Located on the ground floor, separate entrance, ensuite, Super-king size bed, mini-kitchen, TV, DVD, wireless access, porch and garden with seaviews. Use of guest BBQ.

NOTE:

• Rates are per room per night from low season to high season in New Zealand dollars.
• All rates include a continental and cooked breakfast.
• Extra person: children from 4-12 $25, adult $ 50 per night.
